The Power Behind the Partnership

BetterCEO is revolutionizing productivity for neurodiverse professionals.

BetterCEO is a mobile app designed to support small business owners and high-achieving professionals with ADHD by helping them better manage their time, tasks, and temper. It’s the result of founder Mina’s personal journey with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and synesthesia. After years of experimenting with tools and systems to support her own productivity, Mina built BetterCEO to share those strategies and help others succeed. But to make sure the app reaches all those who could benefit from it, Mina turned to JustMarketing.

Meg, the founder of JustMarketing, specializes in ethical, inclusive, and accessible marketing practices. Her vision is to build a world where marketing aligns with justice – promoting honesty, accessibility, and inclusivity. As a fellow ADHD warrior who was diagnosed later in life, Meg immediately connected with the mission of BetterCEO and jumped on board to help elevate the brand and spread its impact.

The result? A partnership that not only aims to increase visibility for BetterCEO but also works to build a community around shared experiences and support for those with ADHD.

BetterCEO: Not Just Another Productivity Tool

Mina developed BetterCEO with a unique goal in mind: to address the specific challenges faced by adults with ADHD. While there are countless productivity tools available, most only focus on one aspect – managing time, tasks, or mood. However, ADHD doesn’t fit neatly into one category. It impacts all three.

BetterCEO is designed to tackle what Mina calls the “Three Pillars of Productivity”:

  • Time: Understanding and managing how time is perceived.
  • Tasks: Breaking down complex projects into actionable steps.
  • Temper: Managing mood, stress, and mental energy for peak productivity.

Unlike typical task managers, BetterCEO leverages neuroscience, human learning modalities, and machine learning to help users not just create to-do lists but actually prioritize, start, and complete tasks with greater ease and efficiency. The app’s holistic approach makes it a game-changer for adults with ADHD and those facing executive dysfunction, supporting them every step of the way.

Launching During ADHD Awareness Month

October is ADHD Awareness Month, and the timing of this partnership announcement is intentional. While ADHD is often associated with children and tends to be misunderstood, it's crucial to recognize that it impacts about 10 million adults in the U.S. alone. For those living with ADHD, it’s not just about being “easily distracted.” It’s a neurobiological disorder that can affect focus, task completion, organization, and mood regulation.

Our mission is not only to provide a tool to manage these challenges but also to raise awareness, educate, and build a supportive community that embraces all forms of neurodiversity.

Our Vision for a Supportive, Engaging Community

While the BetterCEO app is an incredible tool, the goal of this partnership is not to simply shout “Download the app!” from every rooftop. Instead, Mina and Meg want to use their platforms to provide valuable content, spark conversations, and engage the ADHD community in ways that resonate deeply.
